Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, platforms, APIs, tools, support services, and digital products published or operated by Pipen Holdings or companies in its group.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Pipen Holdings application or service, the user accepts these terms. If the user does not agree, the user must stop using the software.

Some applications may include additional terms, policies, commercial plans, or conditions. If there is a conflict, the application-specific terms apply to that feature or service.

2. Use of the software

We grant the user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the software according to these terms, applicable documentation, and the rules of the relevant app store.

The user does not acquire ownership of the software, code, design, brand, technology, models, databases, documentation, or other rights of Pipen Holdings or its licensors.

3. Accounts and security

  • The user must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and protect credentials.
  • The user is responsible for activity performed from the account, unless unauthorized use is shown not to be caused by the user negligence.
  • We may suspend or limit accounts when we detect security risk, fraud, abuse, violation of these terms, or legal requirements.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the software for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, invasive, or rights-violating activities.
  • Attempting to access systems, data, accounts, APIs, or infrastructure without authorization.
  • Copying, modifying, decompiling, selling, sublicensing, leasing, exploiting, or creating derivative works from the software unless expressly authorized or legally required.
  • Interfering with the security, performance, availability, integrity, or operation of the service.
  • Uploading malware, spam, misleading content, data the user has no right to use, or information that violates privacy, intellectual property, or confidentiality laws.
  • Using automation, scraping, bots, or bulk extraction without written authorization.

5. User content

The user keeps rights to content uploaded or generated in the software. By using the service, the user grants Pipen Holdings a limited license to host, process, transmit, back up, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, protect, improve, or support the service.

The user represents that the user has the required rights and permissions for the content provided and that such content does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Artificial intelligence features

Some products may include automation or artificial intelligence features. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. The user must review outputs before using them for legal, financial, medical, operational, or high-impact decisions.

The user is responsible for the data the user chooses to enter into automated features and for verifying authorization to process it.

7. Purchases, subscriptions, and app stores

Some features may be subject to payment, subscription, free trial, credit consumption, or commercial plans. Prices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may depend on the purchase channel.

If the purchase is made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another store, that store terms also apply. Pipen Holdings does not control all billing, refund, review, download, or subscription management processes performed by third parties.

8. Availability, changes, and updates

We may modify, suspend, update, limit, or withdraw software features for technical, commercial, legal, security, or product improvement reasons.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices, systems, versions, integrations, or networks.

9. Third-party services

The software may integrate with third-party services, APIs, SDKs, stores, payment processors, AI models, storage, maps, analytics, or other external providers. Use of those services may be subject to third-party terms and policies.

We are not responsible for external services we do not control, even if linked or integrated in our applications.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

Pipen Holdings and its licensors retain all rights to the software, trademarks, logos, designs, interfaces, code, documentation, processes, models, databases, and technology.

If the user sends comments, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them without payment, confidentiality, or attribution obligations, provided we do not use confidential user content outside what is allowed by these terms and the Privacy Policy.

11. Privacy

Personal information processing is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the software, the user acknowledges that we may collect and process information according to that policy and the permissions granted in each application.

12. Warranty disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, continuous availability, error-free operation, or non-infringement.

No information generated by the software constitutes legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice unless an application expressly states otherwise through a specific contract.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pipen Holdings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, loss of reputation, or replacement costs arising from use or inability to use the software.

Where law does not allow liability exclusion, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum permitted by law if no payment was made.

14. Termination

The user may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the user violates these terms, creates legal or security risk, infringes third-party rights, abuses the service, or when necessary due to legal or platform requirements.

15. Governing law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms will be interpreted under the laws of Mexico. The parties will seek to resolve disputes in good faith before starting formal proceedings.

16. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in products, laws, security, operations, or app store requirements. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
